Buffett predicts the end of real estate crisis

The well-known businessman Warren Buffett has recently given a fresh report about the countries situation on real estate market. He claims that the residential real estate market is going to recover by the end of the current year and the next year sales are going to overcome all the loses of the previous decline. He admits that more and more people will be eager to buy their own property. As for prices, he says that they are going to be very “low”, but everyone will have a chance to find the desired house. He even underlined that those families who haven’t had any opportunity to get a house, they will have such a chance very soon. And it will be by their means.

Buffet has also told that up-market house and some locations like California, Beverly Hills will recover as well from the decrease. The billionaire said that overbuilding was one of the reasons of the crisis in the country.

In fact he was very optimistic about the real estate situation in the country at the end of 2010.

Cheating at the casino

Last weekend I and my husband were at a casino (from time to time we let ourselves some moments of pleasure). Everything was fine, of course, we didn’t win much but got tons of relaxation.

But then it was some sort of quarrel or scandal. As I like all such things I came nearer and found out that the security were trying to throw away one guy (certainly, it was very polite like ‘Would you be so kind to leave our casino?’). It turned out that this guy was cheating by having a spy earpiece in his ear. His assistant was standing behind the opponents and was telling him the cards.

I was interested in this small device and looked it up on the Internet. And was surprised about a wide range of other similar devices such as MP3 earpiece set, Bluetooth Watch Set and some others. I ordered one for myself as the price is reasonable and affordable. Nobody knows what will be in future.

House for pets

At present more and more American families have pets, from cats and dogs to crocodiles. A few years ago it was not a problem to have a separate room or building to keep them but due to the present economic downturn more home buyers are looking for downsizing to smaller homes. But here the problems arise because of some rules concerning pets

In some condominiums residents are allowed to have some pets in their units (types and sizes of pets are the subject to the condo association rules). But some associations let only one pet, others more. For example, in Missouri in some condos only a small dog of a certain weight is allowed. But some places don’t allow animals at all.

But what should people do who have had their pets for many years and now have to move to another place due to some circumstances? Throw away their pets?

Dress: to wear or not to wear

I think that dress is the best clothing for women. I think that there is a mistake when women forget that they are women and start wearing pants. I love any kind of dresses - evening dresses, small black ones and long casual dress models.

 

 

I vote for women in dresses. The are so elegant and beautiful, chic and magnificent!

Eagle River Real Estate Market Analysis

This winter selling season 2009/2010 is in full swing. This obstacle is becoming apparent in the current Eagle River real estate market activity.
