At present more and more American families have pets, from cats and dogs to crocodiles. A few years ago it was not a problem to have a separate room or building to keep them but due to the present economic downturn more home buyers are looking for downsizing to smaller homes. But here the problems arise because of some rules concerning pets
In some condominiums residents are allowed to have some pets in their units (types and sizes of pets are the subject to the condo association rules). But some associations let only one pet, others more. For example, in Missouri in some condos only a small dog of a certain weight is allowed. But some places don’t allow animals at all.
But what should people do who have had their pets for many years and now have to move to another place due to some circumstances? Throw away their pets?

Eagle River Real Estate Market Analysis
This winter selling season 2009/2010 is in full swing. This obstacle is becoming apparent in the current Eagle River real estate market activity. Its not surprising that here in Eagle River the market activity was consecutive for this time of year. The present number of homes for sale which are accessible in Eagle River is decreasing.
According to the information which was received from The Chugiak/Eagle River Chamber of Commerce, local military personnel currently deployed returning in January. There is also word that a new Battalion is being formed at Fort Richardson. This factor could raise the population by as many as 5500 persons, excluding families. At the same time current base housing availability is about 1200 units. So, it is not enough to adapt the expected growth. It is also significant, that housing availability in Eagle River will continue to be tough for the next 4-6 months. Potential fsbo buyers will be likely competing with other buyers for purchasing the best homes.
