This week I decided to buy a new mobile phone for me and had been searching for it for rather long time, but then I came across this novelty – an iPod with a very unusual function - All-In Fitness Pedometer for iPhone / iPod. This feature helps me to count the quantity of steps which I make during the day! I know that in order to keep fit and have healthy heart it is necessary to make at least 10000 steps a day – and it is really pleasant for me to notice that I make this quantity of steps and even more! I can see my personal progress every day!
