Create your own diet

I work as an accountant, so most part of the day I spend in front of my computer, and sometimes I even don’t have time to dine at the café and grab a snack at the table. All this led to problems with my weight; I was totally dissatisfied with the way I looked. I felt really depressed, so tried many diets. Some of them were really good, but in the end the result always disappeared somewhere.

I know that a diet should be created according to body and health parameters, so all is individual. That’s why when I found the new application by Viaden Mobile - Calorie counter for iPhone, I was really happy. Now I may create my own diet, then follow it and see the progress I’m making, as the app offers a wide range of foods to choose from.

What is Ruby on Rails?

Ruby on Rails is a web application framework, which guarantees agile web development process. Software web developers who do programming on Ruby, apply Ruby on Rails framework to create top-flight web solutions, which remain responsive to constant changes.

Christmas present for friends

I’ve been thinking for a present for my friends – I wanted to buy something cool and … not expensive as I have many friends and I need many presents.  While surfing the YouTube, I found the section about useful apps for iPhone (all my friends have them – we are fans of iPhones :) ), I found one video clip about GPS Pedometer for iPhone developed by Viaden Media.

I liked this application because of a number of useful options such as miles and calories and pulse counting, built in player.  The price is really reasonable so I decided to buy this Pedometer for iPhone for all friends – we’ll see how we lose weight with it! I guess I will be the winner!

I hope I have caught these winter trends

So, a new winter has come and of course you want to look elegant and fashionable as usual. I have spent lots of time looking through all kinds of fashion magazines and blogs. I think I can share what I have found out.
If you have been wearing all the time formal and official clothes, why not to put on something some super modern like jeans from designer collections? For example, new stylish Dsquared jeans will make you more casual and elegant at the same time.

I have understood that to look simple and pretty this winter is very fashionable. So, in this case we can refer to Cavalli dress which have all these qualities. They are graceful and chic at the same time.
Being crazy is OK this season, even if the craziness doesn’t go with you. You can always refer to your constant D&G shoes for instance and be trendy in any case.

As many fashion designers there are in the world, as many tastes will exist in the world. Don’t forget while chasing the modern tendencies in designer clothes, you shouldn’t lose your own personal style.

Time together

I have many friends and we love spending time together. We used to have a tradition to spend Sunday evenings in casinos, just to have a rest from work after a busy week. But now when all of us have families, of course we can’t afford that anymore. The thing is the love for risk and adrenalin hasn’t disappeared with that.

So that was a problem, until one of us found a new product of Viaden Mobile- ipad poker. That’s an application that allows you play poker anytime you want, and just everywhere, in the office, at home, in public transport. It gives you the choice of three types of poker, so you’ll definitely find the one for you. So in general it turned out to be a good way out not just for me, but for all of my friends! Or start casino business yourself!

Card games

I’m a big fan of card games, poker is one of my favorites. I’ve played it for many years and I’m still enjoying it, the only thing- lack of time to gather with friends for the game of poker.

I’m just crazy about any novelties in technologies, so I was really excited to find a new application for my ipad created by Viaden Mobile poker for iPad. Viaden Mobile is a games for iPad company. It includes three games in one application - Caribbean poker, Poker Three, Casino Hold'em. Plus the game is guided by a game dealer that helps to create the atmosphere of real presence. So now it’s so easy to find some spare minutes for my passion, sit comfortably in my chair and relax! The other opportunity to relax is starting your own casino!

Active lifestyle

I’m for the active lifestyle so I always try to keep fit, that’s why going to the gym and jogging in the morning are my daily routine. Recently I’ve found one thing that not just allows me to see the results of my exercises every time I want but also helps me to stay motivated - that’s new product of Viaden Mobile- iphone pedometer. This new application works with me while I do my training. It counts every step I make, every calorie I burn, so I’m always aware of the results of my work.

One more thing I like most of all- it even so to say analyses the process and lets me know what exercise is the most effective! So in the end it’s my personal trainer that is always ready to help!
